We’ve learned over the years that the best start for a project begins with our 3 Phase Full Evaluation Accessment (ask one of our sales staff for more information). We can literally size up the space we’ll be working in, take measurements, observe lighting and traffic patterns, document existing or possible color schemes, anticipate potential trouble spots and get a good feel for the project at hand as part of our Phase I accessment.
We encourage you to spend plenty of time before we arrive, giving some thought to the type of project you want to undertake. Talk with family & friends, visit websites, cut pictures out of magazines to begin sharpening your vision. Style, size, budget and features are all factors to consider. If you aren’t exactly sure what you want, don’t worry! We’ll ask plenty of questions and offer suggestions, based on our decades of experience, to help you clarify your vision.
Shortly after your on-site visit, we will create a design for your review. You’ll see our preliminary scope of work, timeline and a full spread sheet of your projected budget completing Phase I. As part of Phase II, we will discuss your options for materials and special features, possibly in our showroom or one of our trade partner showrooms, where you’ll have access to several options to examine. Because we work closely with leading manufacturers of all types, we are well positioned to provide our clients with the exact types of materials they are looking for.
Phase III we will revisit the home with any of our trades for a full and final assessment and evalution and to meet the trades that will be working in your home (no strangers here). Then we can finalize your renovation proposal and upon your approval, we will secure construction permits if necessary, purchase materials, and schedule product delivery and work crew assignments. Our on-site construction project manager will be your direct source for updates and answers to any questions you may have. In many cases, our owner Trey Green will serve in this capacity.

As we get close to the completion of your project, we will conduct a detailed walk-through, so that you have the opportunity to closely inspect our work, raise questions or concerns, and be satisfied with the end result. Our customers’ complete satisfaction is our goal on every project and we take pride on not officially finishing a job until our clients approve.
In addition to being fully insured, Triangle Cabinets & Renovations offers a comprehensive warranty on all of our work, that includes one year on all labor and full manufacturer warranties on all products.
